Insta360 introduced Insta360+ on January 23, 2025, a cloud subscription service offering storage, backup, sharing and editing through the official store and Insta360 app.[1]
Storage comes in 200GB, 1TB and 2TB tiers. Plugging the camera in to charge anywhere with Wi-Fi automatically syncs files to the cloud, and users can opt to have files deleted from the card once backed up, freeing space for the next shoot. A custom link generator lets recipients view clips in full 360 by panning around in a browser, with no app download required[1].
Cloud editing and exporting work from a phone or laptop without downloading files first, and exports continue while the Insta360 app is minimized. Insta360 says the service runs on AWS, with servers in Germany, Japan, the USA and Singapore. The plans also include an extended warranty and priority shipping on official-store orders. Some annual plans include Insta360 Care or FlexiCare accidental-damage cover, with applicable repair or replacement fees and two-way shipping included.
Insta360 did not publish specific prices, noting that they may change and vary by region and purchase method.
