China’s MIIT approved Arashi Vision’s CINSABXA on March 23 under approval 2026-5229 and identifier 26J448A5A817.[1]
The record described 5.8GHz, 5.1GHz and 2.4GHz wireless LAN plus Bluetooth equipment. At that stage it did not establish a retail name, camera design, imaging specifications or launch schedule.[1]
Update — August 12, 2026: Insta360 announced and released X6, specifying 8K50 360° recording, dual 1/1.1-inch sensors and a US starting price of $699.99. Those details belong to the launch update.[2]
The manufacturer’s EU Declaration of Conformity explicitly lists Insta360 X6 and model CINSABXA. It establishes the identity, but its signature date does not establish when the document first became public or show that the retail name was known at the March approval stage.[3]
