Insta360 released the Flow 2 Pro AI Tracker on February 17, a clip-on accessory for its Flow 2 Pro gimbal that opened for orders the same day[1]. The company says the add-on extends tracking across more Android phone models and a wider range of apps, citing video calls, livestreams and hands-free shooting as examples.

According to Insta360, the tracker works with both iPhone and Android and uses AI recognition to keep subjects framed, including recovering them after someone walks through the shot. It can follow multiple subjects and also animals such as cats and dogs. A raised palm (✋) gesture starts tracking without a remote[1].

The accessory includes a built-in spotlight with three brightness levels and three color temperature settings. The AI Tracker is priced at $39.99 standalone, while Insta360 said an AI Tracker Bundle pairing it with Flow 2 Pro will launch soon at $179[1].
